QUALITY TECHNICIAN - LOWESTOFT

LiMAR UK are looking for an experienced Quality Technician to join their growing team. 

Role Requirements:

• Ability to read & interpret machine drawings
• Understand geometric tolerances  
• Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards
• Inspect, test, materials or products being produced
• Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometres
• Experience using Trimos Vectra measuring instrument, is an advantage 
• Accept or reject finished items
• Remove products and materials that fail to meet specifications
• Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products
• Report inspection and test results
• Maintain calibration register, organise recalibration of gauges / inspection equipment 
• Experience using Telesis Benchmark engraving equipment, is an advantage

Experience:      

• Machine shop quality control inspector with engraving knowledge
• Self-driven, willing to learn personality and able to work as part of a team.
